I don't have any additional comments or questions for your community. However, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding my account.

My account was suspended without any prior notice or warning, which I find both surprising and concerning. Furthermore, I have not received any response to the support tickets I submitted through the platform or via email.

Could you please explain why my account was suspended? No reason or policy violation was provided, and there has been no effective way to communicate with your team or obtain clarification.

If your platform decides to suspend user accounts, I respectfully ask that such actions be handled in a professional manner by providing prior notice whenever possible, a clear explanation for the suspension, and timely responses to support inquiries.

I would appreciate your prompt clarification regarding this matter.
