Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue to upload documents for proof of identity in the education portal of GitHub. When I click upload file, it says application sent successfully and gets rejected in a minute saying this shown in the image:

Can anyone resolve my issue as when I am trying to use camera to take the photo , it's showing blank screen.

If the camera opens with a blank screen:

1. Make sure your browser has camera permission enabled.
2. Try using the latest version of Chrome or Edge.
3. Disable any camera-blocking extensions.
4. Try a different device (phone is usually the most reliable option).
5. Take the photo directly through the GitHub Education camera prompt instead of uploading an existing image.

If the camera still shows a blank screen, you may need to contact GitHub Education Support, as this could be a browser or device-specific issue rather than a document verification issue.
