[Feature]: Remember map view settings and allow customization of zoom level and panel sizes

Description:
!feature request: remember the map view settings between sessions. Specifically the map is very zoomed in and I like to keep the Controls minimized. Option to make the “top heard” and packet counts on map bigger. Obviously space is limited. Thanks!
