bug: datetime days of week and spacing buttons announced by screen readers

Prerequisites

Current Behavior

The days of the week labels and the disabled/spacing buttons are still announced by screen readers.

Expected Behavior

The days of the week labels are decorative and should not be announced. The spacing buttons exist so that the first of the month is aligned with the correct decorative label and should also not be announced.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://docs-demo.ionic.io/component/datetime on iOS.
2. Turn VoiceOver on.
3. Keep swiping right until one of the affected elements is announced inside of ion-datetime.
