Add more additional resources / external tools

Adds additional external tools and search links for existing tools - tools added:

• AbuseIPDB
• IBM X-Force Exchange
• Cisco Talos
• Symantec Sitereview (BlueCoat)
• URLVoid
• URLhaus (maybe the abuse.ch sites can be integrated directly with their API on Web Check instead in the future?)
• FortiGuard Labs
• HackerTarget
• Trend Micro
• Zscaler Zulu
• ANY.RUN

Feel free to remove any tools that are "cluttering" the external tools part, or that are already covered by existing tools/information on Web Check, or low-quality sources.

There is an issue on some of the sites if you provide a parameter in your URL, like https://www.google.com/?q=test - for example FortiGuard Labs will say invalid parameters.

And these are all really helpful resources. Some of them I'd not yet come across!

I did remove a few not because they weren't useful (they are useful) but just because there was some overlapping functionality, and I didn't want to clutter things up too much.
