ota_sender.py: --scope flood|zerohop|region|direct (+--scope-name/--scope-key/ --path/--path-hashsize). Refaktor na payload-type-agnostický wrap_meshcore_packet() + build_grpdata_payload() + calc_transport_code() (HMAC vzorec z TransportKeyStore). Default scope = zerohop. Pripravené pre Fázu 2 (RAW_CUSTOM) bez ďalšieho refaktoru. ota_test_lora_repeater.py: passthrough --scope* do sendera. HW E2E (OLD#113→NEW#114): flood/zerohop/region(sk-ota) → VERIFIED 4/4 st=0x07; direct s nematchujúcim path → frame doletel (rawrx++) ale neprijatý (nie next-hop), recv 0/0 — očakávané. zerohop full flash → repeater nabehol meshcore-dev#114 [PASS].
