Since switching to ESRP, Microsoft Git's Linux packages use a different GPG key to sign the packages. Let's adjust the instructions how to verify the package signatures. Signed-off-by: Johannes Schindelin <johannes.schindelin@gmx.de>

With ESRP-based signing applied even to the Debian packages, we need to use the correct PGP key. This PR is a companion of microsoft/git#946.
