Description of issue

The exiftool formula is several versions out of date.

The current package version (exiftool.org) which supports my new Sony A7 R VI is dated May 26, 2006.

However, the latest available formula in brew.sh (even by doing brew reinstall exiftool) is just version 13.55, from April 7, 2026.

For me this matters a lot, because my photo gallery software is showing dramatic issues like wrong shutter speeds, etc., from photos taken with the A7R Mark VI (released June 4th).

And I can't fix these unless I break brew.sh by installing exiftool manuallly outside of its unified package system.

I love the brew system and don't want to break it, so I am requesting that you add the current exiftool version to the brew system somehow. Not sure if the package maintainer is on vacation or if it's a policy issue to wait a while. I understand if there are good reasons to wait.

exiftool website still says 13.55 is the latest production release: https://exiftool.sourceforge.net/history.html. 13.59 is a development release.
